Return Acceptance Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use for returning the item.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • The customer is required to keep and preserve the packaging box in perfect condition. Both the outer box and internal packaging are specifically designed to ensure the safe transportation of the item and are essential to guaranteeing secure transit.
  • Under the applicable regulations on the right of withdrawal, if the customer wishes to exercise this right, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the return request being declined.

Refund Policy

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. The refund will equal the total amount paid for the returned item.

Refund Method

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.


Return Procedure

  1. Return Request: To initiate a return, contact our customer service via email at metropolisarredamento@gmail.com with the subject "Return" and include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive the Shipping Label: You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to the return package.
  3. Package Pickup: The package will be collected directly from your shipping address. If you prefer another address, please contact us.
  4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will proceed with the refund.

Damaged Goods Upon Delivery

The merchandise shipped from our warehouse is always insured and packed in optimal conditions to ensure safe transportation. Therefore, if the customer notices that the package has been damaged during transit (such as holes, unusual openings, or sounds of broken items inside), they must immediately report these issues to the delivery courier and refuse to accept the package. This procedure allows us to take prompt action and ship a replacement product as quickly as possible.

If the customer accepts the package despite visible damages, the courier's insurance cannot be activated, significantly delaying the process of sending a replacement product, as the damaged item must first be returned.

If the package appears undamaged externally but contains items damaged during transit, the customer has a maximum of five days from receipt of the package to initiate a refund request. After this period, refund requests cannot be accepted.
